7. 29. 26 Roundtable

Overview & Agenda

Join us from 1 - 2 pm ET on Wed July 29th for a conversation with CEOs, CFOs, and PE leaders focused on maximizing EBITDA while navigating the uncertainty and risk created by usage-based pricing models.

We'll keep things fairly informal, but will make sure to cover the following:

Introductions and a brief spotlight on Blake Carter, the CFO at EverTrue (PE-backed fundraising platform used by more than half of the top 100 U.S. universities), to stage the conversation.

Group roundtable discussion focused on how leaders can protect profitability while adapting pricing models to changing customer behavior and revenue variability.

Q&A and best practice collaboration on balancing growth, predictability, and operational discipline when usage-based pricing creates greater financial uncertainty.

Executive Spotlight

Blake Carter

Chief Financial Officer
EverTrue

Blake has lived M&A from both sides: he led finance at ExamSoft as it acquired other companies, then through ExamSoft’s own sale to Turnitin, the $1.75 billion assessment platform, where he moved up to Vice President of Finance. He spent more than six years inside ExamSoft, rising from Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to Head of Finance.

He went on to his first CFO role at Millennium Systems International, a salon and spa software company, after earlier building his foundation in financial planning and analysis at Gold’s Gym. Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
